Cabinet digital factory AGV logistics system
The following information is the design input as the basis for designing, manufacturing and commissioning of the project. Details as follows:
1.1Workshop floor plan, as shown below:

1)Slitting line, cut-to-length line & sheet metal line planning: 3 shifts /day
2)Profile forming line, frame welding line, panel welding line, spraying line, stereoscopic storage and assembly line: 1 shift/day

1.5 All materials transfer vehicles (including racks and trays) shall be designed by Party B and 1 piece each specification shall be produced for the purpose of production line commissioning.

2.1 process analysis
According to the current production mode: slitting line, cut-to-length line and sheet metal line planning: 3 shifts/day. Profile forming line, frame welding line, panel welding line, spraying line, stereoscopic warehouse and assembly line: 1 shift/day. Therefore, the products from the first two shifts of sheet metal line needs to be stored in the sheet metal storage. And at the 3rd shift, the whole work shop works together.

AGV safety system

To make sure safety during AGV running, especially safety of the the personnel and equipment on site, multiple levels of safety measures are taken.

Once malfunction happens, AGV signal alarm using light and sound and and the same time notifies the AGV monitor system using radio communication system. AGV monitor system displays the current status and text hints on the control table. Monitor staff can direct field operator to fix the problem. And the malfunctioned AGV can be manually steered away from the working area to a safe zone by a portable control box.
